These terms govern your use of the Pelaxis review and lead management service ("the Service") provided by Pelaxis Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Pelaxis monitors your Google Business Profile for new customer reviews, drafts AI-generated reply suggestions, and sends them to you for approval via text message or the operator dashboard. We also capture inbound leads and draft follow-up messages for your approval.
No reply or message is ever sent to a customer without your explicit approval.
You must provide accurate business information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your contact details (phone number, email) up to date. You must not share your dashboard login credentials with unauthorised persons.
To use the review-management features, you grant us read and reply access to your Google Business Profile via Google's OAuth consent flow. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings. If you revoke access, review monitoring and reply posting will stop but your account and history will remain intact.
Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Reply suggestions and lead follow-up drafts are generated by artificial intelligence. While we aim for high-quality, professional responses, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is sent. We are not liable for any consequences of content you approve and publish.
We offer a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you in advance where reasonably possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You must not use the Service to:
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By using the Service, you confirm you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active customers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
